The Centre (inc Cafe H2O) is open Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat & Sun 10am - 4pm.  Closed on Wed.

An all-terrain mobility scooter (Tramper) is available for hire from Cafe H2O within the Malvern Hills GeoCentre [read press release].

And, as of March 2018, we are delighted to have 2 Trampers now available for hire.

This scheme enables people with limited mobility to travel to the Worcestershire Beacon, enjoying the fresh air and marvellous views en-route.

You can see some video footage of the route here.

We’ve partnered with Countryside Mobility (a charity initiative, operated by Living Options) to offer the all-terrain mobility scooter (Tramper) hire. To use the Tramper, you must already be a member of Countryside Mobility, or you can join at the Centre.

Trampers are safe and easy to use, even if you’ve never needed to use a scooter before. All first time users will be provided with a short (about 10 minutes) introduction to how the Tramper works to ensure you feel safe and confident and an explanation of where you can safely go based on auditing by Countryside Mobility.

On completion of this you’ll become a member of Countryside Mobility. This provides insurance cover and acts like a driving license, giving access to Trampers across their network of 50+ beauty spots around the South West and Wales.

Choose your membership level: Annual (£15.00), 2 week 'Taster' (£5.00) or single use (£3). Hire cost: £5.00 per session, either from 10am – 12:30pm   or   2:30pm – 4:30pm

Available on days that the Centre and Cafe are open and subject to weather conditions. Advance booking advisable, so please contact us. You will be provided with a designated route map, and you must also be accompanied by an able-bodied adult during the trip. You can save time on arrival by checking Countryside Mobility’s medical requirements and general terms of use and watching the introductory video. Please bring photo ID / proof of address.

Hire is provided by the operators of the cafe, Jamboree Preservers Ltd. This initiative is kindly supported by:
